While working out you can synchronize your movement to your reactions, by adapting music to your heart beat while working out. This allows you to work out in a different mind state than usual. By doing this you will be able to connect the music to your footsteps.

You can do this by changing the settings on the music and it will start to function after your movements and it will connect a heartbeat detector at your watch or at the gym workout facility object. You can also connect it to your phone, or other devices.
